Each of our sessions is created carefully along strict guidelines which have come about from years of national and international coaching and fitness experience. This ensures that the program is balanced, motivating, always changing and always fun.
Motivating
Let’s face it, this is why you join bootcamp. It doesn’t matter how well balanced and how well though-out a program is, if it doesn’t keep you motivated you won’t do it, it’s that simple. To ensure that you stay motivated throughout the entire program the Sarges have several strategies in place and are always on the look out for newer and better ones.
Balanced
The sessions you’ll be doing are laboriously put together with precision and skill. They’re the perfect blend of science and mindless creativity. It’s almost like a monkey doing algebra…err, Or Einstein playing a monkey… you get the drift!
When preparing the sessions the Sarges ensure that a perfect balance is reached between the types of training you will do such as:
- Strength Training- weight and body weight
- Core strength
- Cardio- boxing, kickboxing, cardio drills, not much boring running!
- Interval training
Fun
Our goal isn’t to make you the next mega Super Model or to make you look like an underweight magazine centre-fold. Our goal is to help you reach YOUR goals while changing you’re opinion about fitness. Our goal is to get you to ENJOY working out. We don’t encourage running on a treadmill reading the latest celebrity magazine. Nor do we encourage exercising purely to look better. These things don’t last. How can you stay motivated when you don’t even like what you’re doing? And if you have to get you’re mind off the exercise by reading or watching TV don’t you think it’s time to change your workout?
The Sarges make sure you actually enjoy what you’re doing. You’ll have fun, work hard and enjoy doing it. And the best part is that before you know it you’ll be fitter, leaner, stronger and a hell of a lot more energetic.
Always Different
You can have our word that you will never do the same session twice. Years of international coaching and fitness training experience have given the Sarges an amazing repertoire of training ideas. In fact, if you ever do the same session twice, you will receive it for free!
