Fusion Bootcamp was formulated from over 35 years of local, national and international fitness coaching and athletic experience. Embarrassed by the state of the fitness industry and fed up with the quantity over quality approach that is so commonplace in the industry, My team and I set about creating a system that would yield real, rapid results.
Years of experience told me that the average person is bored with the conventional methods available to get into shape.
Having been an internationally competitive athlete myself, I understand the tedium of getting into shape. With this in mind we created a system that is fun, challenging and easy to follow. The reason why a coach is vital to an athlete is the same reason a coach is even more vital to the average person.
I believe that getting into shape should be a fun, positive and rewarding journey. Weight-loss shouldn’t be hard, it should be smart! Training should be challenging and rewarding.
