As you go about your boot camp Gordonclass, it’s a must that you maintain proper form at all times. Keeping good form is going to ensure that you’re targeting each muscle as you should and also help to increase the chances that you see the results you’re going for.

But, in some cases, whether you’re just in a state of fatigue or you are being careless, form can slip and before you know it, you’ll find yourself injured.

When that happens, you need to know how to proceed. Should you stop the boot camp Gordonclass immediately? Or what’s the best way to handle this?

Let’s look at a few important points to keep in mind if you find yourself injured while taking part in a boot camp Gordonsession.

Assess The Severity

The very first thing to do if you find yourself injured is to assess the severity. It’s important that you stop and gauge just how serious the injury is rather than just proceeding to try and work right through it.

Remember, if you’re doing an intense boot camp Gordonsession, you’re going to have endorphins flowing throughout the body which will act as natural pain killers. This may make it easier to work through that injury even though you should have really stopped.

By stopping and assessing what happened, you can ensure that you don’t make an error in judgement.

Perform Exercises You Can

If you do find that the injury isn’t all that severe and needs immediate attention, then you’ll want to begin performing any exercises you can. Try and keep up with the class and when they’re doing exercises that cause you pain, stop and march in place or do a different exercise that you can do.

This way you can still reap some benefits from the session, and tend to the injury later.

Get Help Immediately

If you do find that your injury is quite severe and likely needs immediate attention, or it stops you from doing any further exercise then get away from the class and seek out help. It’s important not to stop right in the middle of everyone because this will disrupt the session and could cause the potential of more people becoming injured.

Instead, get off the field or court and then get the assistance that you need.

Take Precaution

Finally, once you have received help, assess what caused the injury in the first place so you know exactly what you need to do in the future so it doesn’t happen again. If it was due to improper form, it may help to perform that particular exercise on its own when you aren’t doing the boot camp Gordonsession so you can become more comfortable with it. Comfort is key as far as pain prevention goes.

So there you have the important points to keep in mind if you find yourself injured. If you haven’t ever given a boot camp class a try, come check mine out. You can join today for two weeks for the ultra-low price of $1. I’ll even throw in $200 worth of free bonuses to sweeten the deal.

If you’ve just signed up to a boot camp North Shore workout program, you’re likely ready to see some serious fat loss results. The good news is that boot camp North Shore workouts are great for improving the rate of fat loss you see, so you’ll already be well on your way to success.

But, that said, there are a few additional points that you should keep in mind that will help you take your fat burning to a higher level.

Let’s go over what you need to remember as you perform your boot camp North Shore sessions.

Eat Beforehand

The very first thing that you must do is make sure that you eat beforehand. Consuming the right mix of foods before a workout will help you sustain higher energy levels, which means you’ll then be able to give a better effort.

The more effort you give to each session you do, the faster you’ll see fat loss progress. You’ll burn more calories after the workout is completed since it is more intense in nature, and over the long term this will add up.

Focus on lean proteins and complex carbs before your workout session.

Use A Caffeine Supplement

Next, another way that you can boost your total calorie burn is to use a caffeine supplement. Most pre-workout products contain these, or you can simply drink a cup of coffee if that’s what you prefer.

Caffeine does tend to increase the rate of fatty acid oxidation in the body during exercise and will also boost your metabolic rate slightly as well.

Furthermore, caffeine will provide a great energizing boost, so this can help you see faster results as well.

Remember To Breathe

The third point to note if you want to up your calorie burn during your boot camp North Sydney sessions is to make sure that you’re remembering to breathe. Those who aren’t breathing regularly throughout their workout sessions will find that they reach a point of fatigue much faster and this decrease the effort they give.

Once again, the more effort you’re able to give during your workout sessions, the faster you are going to see results. It’s a must that you put in maximal effort each and every time. Breathing will help keep you focused, concentrated, and on top of each exercise you perform.

Perform Some Added Cardio Afterwards

Finally, if you really want to boost your overall calorie burn, consider performing some additional cardio exercise after the workout is completed. You do have to be careful you don’t go overboard here and move into a state of overtraining, so keep it lower intensity in nature, but this added cardio when you’re already in a fatigued state and have used up all the glucose in the body can help you tap into your body fat stores faster.

So there you have some of the key points that you should remember if you want to boost your calorie burn and see faster success from your boot camp North Sydney sessions.

If you have yet to try out a boot camp class, come give mine a try. I’ll give you access to two weeks of training for just one dollar. What do you have to lose? Check it out and you won’t regret it.

If you’re getting started with a boot camp North Sydney, one thing that you must be making sure you’re doing is getting a proper diet plan in place. The foods that you consume on a day to day basis are going to have a huge influence on the progress that you see so getting a good diet in line is a must.

One of the best foods to eat on your meal plan while doing your boot camp North Sydney session is the chicken breast. Chicken breast is low in fat, high in protein, and highly versatile.

Let’s have a quick peak at a few of the creative ways that you can serve up your chicken breast next meal.

With A Salad

The first way to serve up your chicken is in a salad. Grilled chicken works great topped over a lettuce salad and will provide some much needed protein to this meal.

To help make your salad more balanced, consider adding some sliced apples on top along with a few slivered almonds. This will provide a few more carbs and healthy fats, which are needed to make it nutritionally sound.

Stir-Fried

The next way that you can serve up your chicken breast is stir-fried. Creating a stir-fry is a very fast and easy way to get your veggies in and makes for the perfect lower calorie meal. Stir-fried dishes are fast and easy and when you use lower calorie sauces, will easily fit in any diet plan.

Be sure to cut the chicken into bite sized pieces so it cooks evenly as you prepare this dish.

‘Fried’

Moving on, if you want to make a healthier version of fried chicken, consider dipping your chicken breast in some egg whites and then placing it in some raw oats that are combined with whatever spices you desire.

Once coated, either place in the oven to bake, or pan-fry in a skillet with a small amount of olive oil.

This will help keep you lean and provide some healthy carbs in the process.

In A Lettuce Wrap

Finally the last way that you can include chicken breast in your diet as you perform your boot camp North Sydney classes is to prepare it into a lettuce wrap. Do this by adding the sliced chicken and whatever veggies you desire into a large lettuce leaf and wrapping up before serving with mustard or your favorite lower calorie salad dressing.

This makes for a great meal on the go.

So next time you’re bored with regular old grilled chicken breasts, consider these options instead.

If you need to get going with a boot camp workout session, give mine a try. You’ll pay just $1 for two week’s right now if you take advantage of my limited time offer.

If you’ve just signed up for a boot camp Wahroonga class, there are a number of different exercises that you’ll be doing that will help to firm and tone your body, while enhancing your total muscular endurance.

The great thing about the boot camp Wahroonga sessions that you attend is that no two classes will ever be alike. You’ll constantly be performing different exercises to keep your body guessing as to what comes next.

Like any other workout, one area that you’ll definitely want to focus on is the core development. Let’s take a quick peak at some of the top ab exercises that you’ll be performing during your boot camp Wahroonga sessions.

The Plank

The first good ab move that you’ll definitely want to make use of is the plank. The plank is different from most ab exercises you’ll do as you’ll maintain an isometric contraction the entire way through, which helps to firm and flatten the stomach very effectively.

If you need to increase the difficulty of this exercise, there are also a number of different variations that you can perform. This includes performing the plank with one leg lifted off the ground, performing the exercise with one hand lifted off the ground, or performing it with the feet or hands on top of an exercise ball.

Try each as you become more advanced.

The Bicycle

Moving on, the next of the ab moves that you’ll likely find yourself doing during any of the boot camp Wahroonga sessions that you attend is the bicycle. This is a favorite among many because it’ll stimulate the lower abs very well, while also working the obliques in addition to this.

This full core activation that you get makes it incredibly effective for not only helping you get flat abs, but for also helping you get strong abs as well.

Remember, having a strong core is important because this will reduce your risk of developing an injury down the road.

The Burpee

Finally, the last of the exercises that you’ll definitely want to take into account and perform is the burpee. Most people don’t traditionally think of this as an ab movement, but it really does stimulate the core to a large extent.

The burpee is going to cause you to work not only the core, but the quads, glutes, hamstrings, and the entire upper body as well.

Performing them is a great way to blast calories quickly, so will help you receive optimal fat loss progress.

So there you have the main ab moves that you’ll want to make good use of as you do your boot camp Wahroonga sessions. Try performing them on your own as well for added benefit.

If you have yet to try out a boot camp class, now’s your change. You can take advantage of my special $1 rate for 2 weeks of classes.

After you finish a hard boot camp Gordon session, it’s going to be time to look at what you should be adding to your diet to help your muscles quickly recover so that you can perform your best in the sessions to come.

One beverage choice that you might have heard some people talking about in terms of being most beneficial to repair your muscles and resaturate your muscle glycogen is milk – or better yet, chocolate milk.

What’s the truth about milk? Is it really the most optimal thing to have after each boot camp Gordon session that you complete?

Let’s take a closer look at why milk fits the bill and whether it’s a good choice for you.

It’s High In Protein

The very first reason why chocolate milk makes for a great post-workout treat after you finish your boot camp Gordon workout session is because it’s very high in protein. Compared to juice or some other beverage you could have, milk packs in 10 grams of protein per cup, so if you go for two cups post-workout, you’ll be getting 20 high calorie grams of protein.

This protein is required to rebuild the torn down muscle tissues and generate more lean muscle mass as well.

It Contains Carbs

The second important reason to consider chocolate milk post-workout is due to the added glucose. This is why chocolate milk over regular milk is the superior choice. Regular milk contains some natural milk sugars, but it won’t contain enough carbs for muscle glycogen replenishment.

Chocolate milk on the other hand contains that added glucose and it’s this that will make the biggest difference on helping you recover.

This is one time of the day when you do want some simple carbs, so chocolate milk will provide this nicely.

It’s Easy

The third reason to opt for chocolate milk post workout is because it’s easy. All you do is pour and go. While protein powder is another popular choice for the post-workout period, you’ll want to have a blender to mix it for optimal consistency.

Some protein powders do mix well in a shaker cup with just water, but with many, the blender definitely produces a nicer effect.

It Contains Calcium

Finally, the last reason why chocolate milk is a good choice post-workout is because it contains calcium. Diets that contain more calcium have been shown to help speed up the rate of belly fat loss, so this is an important mineral that you don’t want to overlook.

One cup of milk will provide almost a third of your total daily calcium requirements, so it’s a fast and easy way to get this in.

So next time you finish up a boot camp Gordon session, consider having a glass of chocolate milk. You can feel good about providing your body with the nourishment that it needs.

If you’re hard at work performing boot camp North Sydney workouts, it’s going to be vital that you’re taking the time to perfect the push-up. You’ll definitely be performing a number of push-up variations as you move through the boot camp workout, so learning what you need to do in order to do these correctly will be vital to your success.

Let’s have a quick peak at the top points to remember as you perform each of the push-ups you do during your boot camp North Sydney workouts.

Pause At The Bottom

The very first way that you can boost the intensity of your push-up exercise is to take a very brief pause at the bottom of the movement. This is the one place where the muscles will be contracted maximally, so by pausing, you’ll increase the total amount of tension that you feel.

Pause and count to two and then press back up again.

Some people may even choose to perform half reps in this position, which would involve pushing halfway up to the top and then lowering back down again before pushing all the way up to complete the movement.

Don’t Cheat The Movement Pattern

The second way that you can boost the effectiveness of the push-up as you go about your Boot Camp North Sydney workouts is to make sure that you do go all the way down.

It’s imperative that you move through the full range of motion in order to fully activate the tricep muscles and work the chest in its entirety.

Many people stop short during the exercise and this will definitely cut back on the progress you make. Go so low that your chest is almost touching the ground and then reverse back up again to complete the rep.

Keep Your Abs Tight

Finally, the last thing that you should be doing as you complete your push-up exercise is making sure that your abs stay tight at all times. Maintaining a strong core will go a long way towards ensuring that your spinal column stays in the right position and also help to give you a bit of an ab workout as well.

Since your abs are the dynamic stabilization muscles, they’ll be contracting to keep you in proper position.

The minute you let your abs go loose is the minute that you’ll likely start to either rise up with the pelvis or let it fall, so this will then take away from the entire push-up position that you’re aiming to maintain.

So keep these three points in mind as you go about your push-ups for your boot camp North Sydney workout sessions. Make sure to try out a number of variations to fully stimulate the muscles as well.

If you’re looking to get started with a boot camp, try mine out for just $1 today. You’ll get two week’s of classes and over $200 of free bonuses. It’s a can’t miss deal. Click here for more details.

One of the most frequent questions that any Boot camp Sydney trainer gets asked is how to create a slimmer waist. Everyone wants to get flat abs and reduce the appearance of their love handles, so if this is your primary goal, you’re really no different.

But what can you do to create the illusion of a slimmer waist? Is it even possible?

If you have the right type of workout plan in place, you definitely can get your waist looking leaner, improving your overall body image.

Let’s look at some of the top tips to follow to do this.

Work Those Shoulders

The very first thing that you should be doing if you want to create the illusion of a slimmer waist is to make sure you work the shoulder muscles very well.

If you can build up your lateral deltoids slightly, this will increase your shoulder width, which then means your waist width looks smaller.

For anyone who wants an hour glass figure, this is definitely what you’re after.

The best exercises to perform that will work the shoulders include the shoulder press, lateral raises, as well as the upright row.

You’ll also likely want to add in some front raises to counterbalance the lateral raises you perform.

Avoid Side Bends

The second thing that you can be doing to help create the illusion of a slimmer waist is to avoid side bends entirely. Some people feel that side bends are going to help to strengthen and firm the love handle region.

If the truth is told however, your muscles are likely large enough in this area – all you need to do is reduce the body fat covering them.

If you perform weighted side bends, you might start to increase the size of these muscles, which would give you the illusion of a thicker waist – obviously not something you’re going for.

Instead, focus on your diet so that you can get weight loss happening. That will be the secret to slimming your waist.

Perform The Plank

Finally, the last thing that you can do to help create the illusion of a slimmer waist is to make sure that you include the plank in your workout sessions. The plank is great because it’s an isometric contraction movement, meaning it will require you to hold the muscles in place for an extended period of time.

Doing this is what will help to provide that tightness that you’re looking for in the waist as you begin to lose the body fat covering the abs.

You should also ask your boot camp Sydney trainer to show you the side plank variation as well and start adding that to your workout for extra effect.

So there you have the main things to keep in mind as you go about your workout program to get a slimmer waist. Perform these exercises and you can feel confident you’re on track to getting a slimmer waist.

If you’ve just made the decision that you’re going to start up on a fat loss program to get down to your ideal weight, you’re likely thinking of what comes next. We have a boot camp Chatswood trainer to help guide you.

Should you start figuring out what you should be doing in the gym or would it be better to put your time and efforts towards coming up with a diet first?

Understanding the role each of these plays in the weight loss process will ensure that you are able to see the level of success that you desire.

Let’s have a quick look at the main points any boot camp Chatswood trainer would tell you.

Creating The Calorie Deficit

In order for fat loss results to occur, one thing must be in place – a calorie deficit. A calorie deficit refers to the fact that at the end of the day, you need to have burned off more calories than you’ve consumed.

If you have, chances are good the body has utilized some of your stored body fat as a fuel source.

Now, there are two ways that you can create this deficit. You can either exercise more so that you burn off more calories or you can decrease your food intake so that you consume fewer calories. Both will lead to the same end goal – the calorie deficit you desire.

What’s important to note however is that exercising to burn off calories takes a very long time. You’d have to run for an hour to burn off the number of calories in a poor food choice such as piece of cheesecake, two pieces of pizza, or a gourmet fruit smoothie. Most people simply don’t have the time to exercise enough to work off all the bad food choices they might be making.

Therefore, making some adjustments to your diet plan tends to be the superior way to go about getting that deficit in place. If you choose lower calorie food options, you’ll have to exercise less to produce the desired results.

Furthermore, the body can only perform so much exercise before it becomes tired, so that could end up being a limiting factor in burning off the calories that you desire.

Preserving Lean Muscle Mass

The next thing that you need to think about is muscle mass maintenance. Since on your weight loss program you’re likely looking to lose fat mass and not muscle, you need to do whatever you can to ensure lean muscle mass stays intact.

The best way to do that?

Strength train. Exercise is what will send the signal to the body to tell it to keep its muscle mass as it needs it to complete those sessions.

If you use a very low calorie diet with no exercise at all, the body may start to burn up lean muscle mass along with your fat stores.

This is not going to produce a desirable result because it’ll leave you looking less toned and with a slower metabolic rate.

So as you can see, both diet and exercise play a key role in the fat loss process. Diet is what will actually cause weight loss to occur best, but exercise is what will make sure the weight you do lose is body fat. Use both as part of your plan and you will see far superior results.

So make sure that you are keeping all of these tips in mind as you get started with your boot camp Chatswood workouts and you will be doing everything you can to improve your health.

If you’re getting all set to take part in some boot camp Sydney workout sessions, one thing that you should also be looking at is all the different things that you can do with your lifestyle that will help enhance your health.

After all, the primary reason that you’re doing boot camp Sydney sessions should be to help improve your quality of life and ensure that you maintain good health long-term. While looking and feeling great are important as well, health needs to be the primary concern here.

Exercise is vital to promoting good health, but on top of that, there are a few other things that you can do.

Let’s have a quick look at what these are so that you can start doing them as you move through your boot camp Sydney sessions.

Get An Extra Hour Of Sleep

If there’s one thing that most of us are not getting enough of in our life, sleep is it. Sleep often gets shunted when our schedules get full or when there is a late-night TV program on that we just don’t want to miss out on.

But as we skimp on sleep, we are skimping on promoting optimal health. Sleep is the primary time when the body is going to make a full recovery from those intense workout sessions and when your immune system will be strengthened.

If you aren’t sleeping enough, you’ll be far more likely to get sick or start feeling run-down.

Aim for eight hours for one week straight and you’ll immediately notice a difference in how you feel and function.

De-Stress Yourself

Next, also take some time to de-stress once a week. Stress can cause numerous health issues that are not all related to the mind. High levels of stress can actually reduce your insulin sensitivity over time and could cause diabetes to develop.

Likewise, increased stress levels can also set you up for heart attack or stroke if prolonged and severe enough, so it isn’t something to take lightly.

Schedule at least one hour each week for downtime. Read a book, take a bath, or just sit on the couch and do nothing but relax. It’s you time that you deserve.

Add One New Fruit Or Vegetable Per Week

You likely already realize the important of eating the proper foods at the right times as you perform your boot camp Sydney sessions. Staying well-fueled will ensure you are ready to give full effort to each workout that you complete.

In addition to eating the right number of calories and grams of proteins, carbs, and fats, you also need to be getting enough micronutrients. This includes vitamins and minerals and these will also supply you with antioxidants.

The best way to do this is through an increased consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables. Start making it your personal mission to add one new fruit or vegetable per week. Doing so will instantly improve the state of your diet and won’t add hardly any calories either.

So make sure that you are keeping all of these tips in mind as you get started with your boot camp Sydney workouts and you will be doing everything you can to improve your health.

If you’re getting geared up to build some lower body power during your boot camp Pymble workouts, one exercise that you’ll definitely want to be including is the squat. The squat is a perfect movement to add into the mix as it will target the glutes, hamstrings, quads, as well as the core and all the muscles running along the spinal column.

Simply put, it’s a complete lower body exercise that will challenge your abs as well. It’ll have you burning up calories quickly, experiencing a faster metabolic rate after the session is over, and help you enhance your leg muscle definition considerably.

So what do you need to know in order to squat properly? What should you ensure you do to make the most of this movement?

Let’s go over four tips to keep in mind to make sure you squat right every time you are in a boot camp Pymble session.

Look Forward

The first quick tip to always keep in mind as you go about your squatting is to make sure you keep your eyes focused forward. Don’t ever let them begin looking downwards because as soon as you do this, you’re going to adopt a forward lean with the upper body, placing too much stress on the lower back.

Look directly forward or possibly even slightly upwards to keep the back upright.

Keep The Abs Tight

Next, make sure that you keep the abs tight as well. The minute your abs get lose is the minute that you risk falling off balance as you won’t be nearly as stabilized as you otherwise would be.

Tighten the abs to maintain spinal column position and ensure that you are centered as you lower the body downwards.

Go As Far Down As Possible

As you do lower downwards, the next thing that you must remember to do is go as far down as you can possibly go. Don’t make the mistake of only going to parallel if you can help it.

While lowering to parallel may be sufficient for those who have knee pain, if you’re pain free and able, try and go the full way down.

That second half of the movement is where the glutes will really be called into play, so where you can see significant improvements in your lower body strength.

If you don’t go that far down, you’re shorting yourself of the results that you could be seeing.

Remember To Breathe

Finally, the last thing to remember as you perform your squats during your boot camp Pymble sessions is that you must make sure that you breathe properly. Holding your breath is a good way to build up a great deal of pressure in the upper body and could leave you feeling light-headed and dizzy.

Remember to keep your breathing pattern regular, preferably breathing out as you come up from the squat position and in and as you lower yourself down.

Squats are an exercise that definitely cannot be forgotten in your lower body workout program, but that said, they do need to be performed properly if you are going to see maximum results.

So make sure that you are keeping all of these tips in mind as you get started with your boot camp Pymble workouts and you will be doing everything you can to improve your health.
